Dr. Bojko Testifies in Verdict of More than $3 Million

HospitalExperts Managing Partner, Dr. Tom Bojko, recently testified to a hospital's duties in retaining, hiring and supervising physicians. After a three week trial, the jury found the defendant physician, Dr. Yasser Awaad, breached the medical standard of care and Oakwood Healthcare was found negligent in hiring and supervising him.
